Items on this website are sold by ArtShop Finland (Business ID: FI20936017). Product prices include VAT (23%). When ordering items outside the EU area the shopping cart automatically deducts VAT from the prices. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery charges. Create an account for yourself so you can see pre-tax prices.

Ordering

Products are ordered through a shopping cart at www.artshop.fi/en. Orders are confirmed by e-mail with a list of ordered products, delivery charges and price of the order. Receiving an order confirmation requires that an e-mail address is provided when an order is made. The Customer is bound by the delivery terms and conditions in effect at the time of order. The content of an order can be reviewed by logging in to a user account on our website.

Methods of payment

Payments by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard

If you would like to pay by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, ArtShop Finland will act solely as the marketer of the respective products and services and will provide the products to the buyer. All complaints and claims for compensation will be handled by Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy.

With regard to payments made by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy acts as the merchant of the product and the trade transaction takes place between the customer and Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy. The seller is liable to meet all the responsibilities related to the trade. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy is also the recipient of the payment.

Online banks

Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy (FI21228397) provides the financial and payment service for online payment in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy buys the payment and disburses it to the seller. For the customer the service functions like a conventional online payment.

PayPal

You can pay your order through PayPal. Check the PayPal website (www.paypal.com) for details.

Advance Payment by Credit Transfer in SEPA

You can pay your order by Credit Transfer in SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) (including all 27 EU countries, ETA countries (Island, Liechtenstein, Norway), and Switzerland). An IBAN account number and a BIC code will be delivered in the order confirmation. Include the order number in the payment so that the payment will be associated with an order. We will ship the products when the payment is visible on our account.

Mode of Delivery

Products will be delivered by registered letter or by parcel post.

Delivery Charges

Examples of delivery charges to Europe:

1-18 post cards 6,90 euro

1-4 24x30 cm posters 6,90 euro

1-3 50x70 cm posters 14,90 euro

Examples of delivery charges outside Europe:

The shopping cart will calculate the actual delivery charges automatically based on the amount of products and the destination country.

Delivery Times

Delivery time is 1 to 7 workdays. Delivery time to Europe is 2 to 5 workdays. Delivery time to outside Europe is 4-8 workdays.

Returns and Cancellations

An unused product can be returned within 30 days from delivery. The product must be unused and in resaleable condition. Return delivery costs are payable by the Customer.When returning products attach the following information to delivery:

• customer number, name, address, and phone number
• your account IBAN and bank BIC (SWIFT) code or PayPal address
•  a copy of the dispatch list or order confirmation

Pack the products you are returning well, since we will only refund products that are undamaged. A refund will be paid to your account after the product has been verified to be intact. Returns should be sent to:

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If the product you ordered has been damaged in transport, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Send an e-mail to: salesartshop.fi. If possible, attach a picture of the damaged product to the e-mail.

We reserve the right to change our delivery terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of the Customer to find out about terms and conditions of delivery. ArtShop Finland will keep all customer information confidential. ArtShop Finland guarantees that no customer information will be passed on to third parties. These terms and conditions are in effect from 1^st September 2009 onwards.
